The main living areas include a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a wraparound deck with a fire pit and BBQ. The fully stocked chef's kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a large dining space. The primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-style en-suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and deck access. Bedrooms 2-4 on the lower level each have queen beds and access to a shared full bath. The bonus room on the top floor is set up as an office with a queen sleeper sofa and a private bath. A second living room on the lower level is ideal for movie nights or game time, complete with an electric fireplace, couch, and desk. Two full washer/dryer sets are available for guest convenience, and a half bath is conveniently located off the main living space. Parking is available in a two-car garage plus space for two more vehicles in the driveway. A dedicated ski rack is available for convenient and organized ski gear storage. Guests have private access to the entire home, including all living areas, kitchens, fireplaces, decks, hot tub, fire pit, and garage. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, trailheads, and resorts. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. Tubing hills and the nearest ski lift at Woodward are just 3.9 miles away. Canyons Resort is the closest full ski resort at 11 miles. Deer Valley Resort is 15 miles away, and Historic Main Street is 14 miles away. Kimball Junction is 7.2 miles away. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. Roads are plowed, but winter conditions can be steep and slick. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets are $20/day per pet. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility to purchase.
