You have enough places to be. Home should be the place that makes everything else feel easier. That's where I come in.… I'm tucked into Downing Village in Morrisville, close enough to RDU, RTP, Cary and the major routes that keep your week moving, but when you come home, things get noticeably quieter. Step inside and you'll find hardwood floors throughout my main level and a layout that gives you room without wasting it. My living room has a gas fireplace for the nights when staying home sounds better than making another plan, and glass doors bring in natural light while opening to a private patio backed by mature trees and greenery. Each has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, so whether you want separation between sleeping and working spaces or simply appreciate having a little more privacy built into your floor plan, you have options. And because laundry belongs near the clothes, my full-size washer and dryer connections are upstairs too. Outside, my patio gives you something that's becoming harder to find in a connected location: greenery instead of more buildings. Trees frame the space behind me and create a peaceful little backdrop for coffee before the day starts or a few quiet minutes when it's finally over. And when summer arrives, you don't have to go far for a change of scenery. Downing Village offers a community pool, clubhouse and neighborhood sidewalks right outside your door. Then there's Morrisville. Living here puts so much of the Triangle within easy reach. Work in RTP. Catch an early flight from RDU. Head into Cary for dinner. Make a quick grocery run. Jump onto I-40 or I-540 when the rest of the Triangle calls. You can spend less time getting where you're going and more time actually living once you get there. I'm not asking you to rearrange your life around me. I'm offering to fit beautifully into the one you already have. Requirements: minimum 625 credit score, verifiable income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent, a clear background check, and no prior evictions.
