All loose trash must be placed in garbage bags; a $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in to avoid liability, and pictures must be sent to establish the extent of observed damage. There is a monthly utility cap of $300 for leases; guests are responsible for any overages.
