Lease terms
12-month lease required. Rent: $2,250 per month. Flat water fee: $50 per month. Tenant is responsible for propane, electricity, internet, trash service, and any other applicable utilities. First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are due at lease signing. Renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Pets will be considered with an additional non refundable pet deposit, monthly pet rent, and a behavioral assessment. Pets must be well-behaved and good with children. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Tenant is responsible for routine lawn mowing and for watering the lawn surrounding the home using the property's irrigation water. Maintaining the irrigated area is an important part of seasonal fire mitigation. Tenant is also responsible for watering the fruit trees during the growing season to help maintain the orchard. The lower approximately four acres are maintained by horses and are not the tenant's responsibility to mow or maintain. Occupancy is limited to approved lease occupants.
