Lease terms
Lease term is a minimum of twelve (12) months. The home has a carport with two parking spots. Renter responsible for electricity. Landlord covers HOA, gas, water, and sewer. Pet policy- dogs/cats only, maximum of two total. Weight limit of 50 lbs per dog, but can make exceptions on a case by case basis. The following breeds (and any mix of same) are not permitted: doberman pinschers, pitbulls, rottweilers, chow chows, wolf dogs/hybrids, presa canarios, akitas, German shepherds, huskies, mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, bullmastiff, or caucasian shepherds. Pet deposit of $350 per pet. Renter must provide: 1) A security deposit equal to one month's rent; 2) Proof of renter's insurance; 3) Proof of income; and 4) Proof of last two years' residences. No smoking permitted anywhere on the property- both inside and outside. If you have any questions, please do not to hesitate to contact me.
