This condo boasts an ideal location, just a short walk from the Gondola, Ski School, ticket office, and key ski lifts. Groceries, restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, and bars are all within close proximity. The Wild Plum grocery store is approximately 100 yards away, and the Village Center with its shops and restaurants is across the street. The edge of the ski slopes and Gondola Square are about 250-300 meters away, making for an easy walk even in ski boots. The surrounding area offers hiking and biking trails, and downtown Steamboat is just 3 miles away via the Yampa River Core Trail.
This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more people than the number of guests declared in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Guests may be required to provide additional information or identification documents, and background checks may be performed. A refundable security/damage deposit may be required. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and may not be available during certain periods. Some amenities may close for maintenance, repair, or replacement. High occupancy fees of $10 per person per night apply for each guest over the standard occupancy of 4 people. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to an adult in the group. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown groups or any group visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Violation of the no-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. Violations of the no parties or gatherings policy may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. The reserving party is responsible for payment, damage deposit, and all other guest responsibilities. Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
