The building has a front and back entrance that is locked at all times with a code entry. There is on-site laundry downstairs that works with an app called Cleartoken for coinless payment options. Parking is on the street although there are a few parking lots with monthly parking passes offered in the neighborhood. This unit is available now! rent includes utilities (water, trash, gas, and electric). The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $400 pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $35! To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit. No Rental Debt or Evictions. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR.
