Lease terms

Minimum one-month rental. Fully furnished. Willing to adjust pricing if you would like utilities included. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. No weapons are allowed on the property. No parties are allowed. No unregistered guests allowed in home without prior permission from host. The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay. No parking is allowed except in the driveway (4 vehicle maximum). No parking along the street or in the grass. Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times. BBQ Grill must remain in its original place and not be moved. Grill must be cleaned by guest after use and the propane must be turned off. No diving in pool. All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers. Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay. Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur. Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair. Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems. Guests are not allowed to tamper with security cameras. No candles allowed on property.
