There is a minimum 7-month lease that includes water, sewer, garbage collection (1 bin; the tenant takes it to the curb each week), electric, and internet. Excess overage amounts are not included and are paid by the tenant. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Parking is designated. 1 pet weighing 25 lbs or less may be allowed with a non-refundable cleaning deposit. There are strict rules on vaccinations and harnesses as part of the lease. Pets are not allowed to run on the property due to wildlife that can injure them (not negotiable). Your pet must already be house-trained by you and crate-trained. Dogs must be exercised daily by you, wearing a properly-fitting harness and lead, so they do not bark or cry excessively, or exhibit destructive behaviors. If you have a cat, you must bring their own scratching post and have them already trained. Only well-behaved animals are accepted. The weight and size limits may be waived for accredited, specially trained service animals of a disabled applicant. The property is on a septic system, and only specialized, non-harmful cleaners vetted by the landlord may be used. There may be penalties to the tenant if the septic system requires repairs at or as a result of their unit. Tenant is responsible for simple repairs, such as light bulb replacements, and other repairs under $250.00. An explanation and justification for larger repairs is required. This unit is newly remodeled. Other Notes: There is a common washer and dryer for use for lightly soiled washable clothing. Ordinary use of utilities and internet are included in monthly rent.
