White noise machines and fans are provided in every room to ensure a restful stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge.
