Tenant pays their own gas & electric, and their portion of the water bill which is on 1 meter with the upstairs unit which is 1 person (So if 2 people move in you will pay 2/3rds or 50% if just 1 person moves in) the TOTAL water bill has been averaging around $145/month. Owner covers recycling, garbage, sewer, and composting. Your home has a walk score of 9.5/10 and a Transit Score of 10/10. We are within 5 minutes walking of Caltrains, Muni Train Stop, Bikeshare, Lime Scooters, Bus Lines, Oracle Park, Whole Foods, Safeway, Cafes, Bar, a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant, a ZERO star Michelin Restaurant, and several AI startups and VC firms. The only con about this place is that there is NO DEDICATED PARKING but current and past tenants have/had cars without issue. Our street does not require a permit, but permit parking at South Park (1/2 block away) is around $189/year. You can also rent a spot at the lot next door ($400/m). We are close to Ford Bikes and Lime scooters, the Muni train, Caltrain, bus lines, and Spin. Pets must be discussed be allowed (+$500 non refundable pet fee) but we must meet the dog first.
