Lease terms

It is the tenants responsibility to pay for electricity monthly. Renters are responsible for the control use of washer and dryer. Renters will not make any modifications/alterations to the apartment such as cutting the walls, or adding walls. Renters will have access to the backyard with landlord's permission, upon usage of backyard it will be the renters responsibility to maintain clean. One small pet, will be negotiable. Parking is available on property, and renters will have access to park on driveway. Max 2 cars. Renters will not smoke inside or around the house. Owners will advises on a 30 days notice prior to raise of rent amount. Tenants will have the right to inspect apartment prior to moving in. Tenants will need to clarify how many individuals will be dwelling in the apartment. Family of 2-4 preferably. Tenants will be responsible to pay rent the 1st day of every month. A security deposit of 2600 will be payed to landlord and will be used for any damages to the apartment. Any faulty maintenance of the apartment will be reported to landlord. Tenants will not use property or apartment for any Illegal activity. If lease agreement is broken or terminated early, landlord will keep security deposit for any lost rent. Tenants will have one year lease agreement with landlord.
