The cost is $50.00 per pet per month. - We have accessible laundry service on the first floor at 8 Center St. with washing and drying machines. - Accessible private parking for tenants. - A rear patio between the two buildings with access to both buildings. - Access to the building and laundry requires a key. - We are close to Downtown, schools, medical clinics and hospitals, and shopping centers, including a bus stop. - We have a website system so tenants can access their tenant account. This site helps you check your account, pay rent, request and/or schedule maintenance and repairs, make and/or submit complaints and claims, and more. - To request an apartment in our building, you must fill out an application, which costs $50.00. - Utilities are not included in the rent; the applicant or tenant is responsible for them. - We have garbage service every week. - We have snow removal in the winter.
