This location offers direct access to the Routt National Forest for hiking and biking in the summer, and transforms into ski-in/ski-out access during the ski season. A short beginner-level ski access trail leads to the groomed Right O Way ski trail and the ski area base. Returning to the condo is easy via the Storm Meadows Ski In Access trail.
