I'm looking for 2 roommates for two rooms. the rooms are both on the top level, I'm on the bottom level of a split level house.… The living room and kitchen are fully furnished as is the deck and yard. It's an awesome quite spot and perfect for someone moving to Fort Collins or someone who has been here for a while! Each room is $850 per month. The two rooms up for rent are being renevated so use the pictures more as a size guide. Details: Location: Situated in a quiet neighborhood close to Colorado State University, this spacious room is perfect for professionals looking for a peaceful place to call home. The house is nestled at the end of a cul-du-sac and is covered in a little forest of trees. The neighbors have been there for years and the spot has a small community vibe. Features: The house includes a large backyard with an amazing deck that overlooks and connects to the park, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. A nice kitchen with gas range and granite counters is available for your culinary adventures. Fibre internet is connected through Connexion. About the House: Bedrooms: 1 room is 12 x 13 and the other is 11 x 13 so no major differences. Each has a window with a view of the trees and a closet with a mirror sliding door. both are a reasonable size for a bedroom and desk. AC/Heat: Forced air Neighborhood: Very bikeable, and a straight shot to downtown or campus making commuting easy and convenient. There's an array of coffee shops restaurants, and parks within walking distance or nearby. Storage: There is limited storage space in a locked garage and a large backyard shed. as well as some in the laundry room. The shared spaces are furnished so no couch needed. Pets: Currently only doing dogs to keep it simple. The backyard is dog heaven and the house is difficult for cats to navigate due to the layout. Anything else is case by case. Two dogs in the house maximum unless I can be persuaded. Roommates: I'm in my early thirties and travel for work most of the week. I'm into music and film and fixing equipment. I'm pretty handy at fixing most things. We could wind up with two new people or if you have a friend who takes the other room either way would be great. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
