Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities (i.e. Gas, water and electricity). Renter will provide proof of Renter's Insurance at move in. All occupants are to be listed on the lease when lease is signed. Renter is not permitted to sublease or rent to any one during the lease. Keys will be furnished upon signing of the lease. Renter should not change or modify any interior or exterior locks or door hardware without owner's consent. All appliances are to be plugged directly into a wall outlet, not extension cords. The fireplace is NOT certified to burn any wood or other substances. Paper towels and female personal items are to be disposed of in the trash, not the toilet. Any drain stoppage by such items will issue a direct cost of said stoppage to the renter, no exceptions. Renter is to furnish bulbs to all units. All windows are covered with a set of mini blinds. Any damage to any blinds will issue a direct cost of replacement to the renter. Smoking is prohibited inside of the home. Periodic inspections will be made of the unit with a notice of 7-10 days.
