The property is located six miles (15 minute drive) from Lexington, Virginia, at 2000 feet elevation. The views from the rental home are spectacular! The estate where this cottage is located, is for sale. That is the reason why we are only offering 30 day leases. If the property sells we will require a 30 day vacate notice unless the new owner wishes to continue the rental. Utilities are included. We allow tenants to hike on our farm which enables access to all trails on House Mountain. The yard is maintained by the lessor and snow removal the same. No smoking allowed at all anywhere on this property. Parking space is provided.

The views of the mountains are spectacular. Tenants on the estate may enjoy the swimming pool (currently under renovation) The cottage is fully furnished and the kitchen completely equipped. Additional storage that features a complete bedroom, is also available to rent. High speed , fiber optic internet with speeds up to 500/250 mbps is installed and is included in the rent.
