Located in Okatie / Ridgeland, just minutes from Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, this apartment is secluded in an area where you can feel connected by nature while being close to top attractions. It's approximately a 15-minute drive to Bluffton, 25 minutes to Hilton Head Island, 30 minutes to Beaufort, and 40 minutes to Savannah. The area is also popular for golf trips, with multiple courses within a few miles.
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests leave more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time. If possession of the premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate. A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any infringement upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to potential additional costs. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed on or in the apartment complex grounds or inside the unit. Guests' inability to comply with this house rule shall result in a fine of $500 per unauthorized pet. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the housekeeping crew notices an unreasonable mess after checkout. If the keyless entry system is damaged, a $75 fee will be incurred. Guests must have a valid working phone number. This home has an occupancy limit of six (6) guests. Guests who live within thirty minutes of the premises must contact the host before booking. Guests agree that if any aspect of the premises or home is damaged at the fault of guests, they are responsible for the total repair costs. Breaking any of the house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of guests' reservation without refund.
