ALL applicants must be in good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees and must have positive rental history. No completed evictions completed or filed against you in the last five (5) years. Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. This includes: water (Columbia County Utilities), electric (GA Power), and gas for the HVAC (whichever company you prefer that services the area). The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must submit a separate application with separate contact information (email/phone number) ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application.
