The lease duration is a minimum of 2 years. Our Tenants connect their own utilities, including but not limited to Light, Water, Gas, and Renter's Insurance. We are also aware that many Tenants have preferences and restrictions regarding the appliances they use in their homes, so we do not supply appliances for our units. We do not allow pets to keep our units welcoming and hygienic for current and future tenants. Because of limited parking at some of our properties, we use a Towing service and ask our tenants to register for parking permits. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but we only allow permanent parking registration for a limited number of vehicles per address.
