This is a very inviting 4 bedroom half duplex for rent. The main floor consists of a large foyer, open living and dining space, and modern kitchen.… Off the kitchen is a flex space - great for a family room, exercise area, or home office. The main floor also has a half bath and the laundry area.
Go up the stairs to a generous second floor landing. You'll find two bathrooms - one a full bathroom with vanity, toilet, and bathtub, and the other a 3/4 bath with shower, toilet and vanity. All four bedroom are conforming - with nice light and spacious closets, but also spaced out so they feel private.
This is an extremely well maintained space with responsive landlords. We are looking for long term renters who are interested in living on a friendly block.
Pet are allowed with pet rent. Heat is from a boiler and the renter has control of the temperature - there are thermostats on each floor. The space does not have central air, but each bedroom has a a/c unit, as well as one on the main floor.
The landlord pays for the heat, water, trash, recycling; the renter pays for electricity, wifi, and cable.
The front yard is managed by a landscape company and the renter is responsible for the upkeep of the back yard. Parking is available on the street.
