Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $1,800 per month. Lease Term: 12-month lease minimum. Security Deposit: One and one-half (1.5) months' rent due at lease signing. First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets may be considered with landlord approval. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Late fees will apply as outlined in the lease agreement. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Applicants are subject to a credit, income, background, and eviction history screening. Proof of income is required. Household income should be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Occupancy is available immediately upon lease execution and payment of all required move-in funds. Tenant shall maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance issues to the landlord.
