Utilities and every other week Housekeeping included in rental lfee. Apartment is above ground on the lower level of the house, with a private drive leading to the door. A quarter of the family room is used by the landlandy as an art studion, though never in the evenings, and not when the tenent has company. The laudry is off the family room so the landlady and her husband walk through to use it. Apaprtrment is fully furnished. Renter pays for own laundry supplies, burnt light bulbs, extra sheets or towels. Renter asked to make bed daily and keep area clean.

It is over 1000 square feet of living space and a large deck overlooking the woods. It is near PSU and OHSU, 23rd Stree shopping, and is only a mile from downtown. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are completely private. A small portion of family room is the landlady's art studio. It isused occaionally during the. day, never in the evening and never when the tenant has company. The laudry room is adjacent to the family room.
We rent to clean, quiety people who enjoy having a home away from home. Untilities and BI-monthly housekeeping included in the price.
