THE TOWNHOUSE The unit is well-built I've loved renting it since early 2017. Two stories: downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room, and your private bathroom; upstairs is the bedrooms and my bathroom. We share the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The windows are well-soundproofed from the nearby highway. I keep the place clean and tidy and expect the same of whoever moves in. THE PROPERTY Gated property with 4 townhouses. Friendly, respectful neighbors. Well-maintained building. Property managers are attentive and reasonable. ABOUT ME I work in an office Monday Friday. Friendly, chill, responsible respectful of individual space and quiet, attentive about shared spaces, and I communicate openly about anything house-related. Looking for the same. LOCATION Easy access to most of LA.
