Access to Chief Sealth Trail is half a block away and is great for runs and walks away from cars.
The garden and yard can be maintained by you or by a gardener at your expense. We are really hoping to find someone that is excited about the garden. Dogs are acceptable on a case-by-case basis, with an additional deposit and additional rent.
