High speed internet (USI) is already wired in the unit and that would be at your own expense if you wanted to use them. Cable would also be at your own expense. Mini blinds are on all the windows and the heat is hot water from radiators. Utilities are not included but run around $325 or so a month. It is a huge unit and is suitable for 2-3 people. The rent is $1700 per month and the deposit is $1700. Application fee is $45 per person. All parties must have good credit and a clean background and good rental references (no first time renters).
