Available Sept 1. The owner pays all utilities as they have been added to the monthly base rent. A Security Deposit will hold the space. First and last month's rent are due at signing. A 12-month lease is preferred with as few as 3 months considered for an increased monthly base rent. There is also a large storage space on site available to rent on a month-to-month basis. We are open to discussing your beloved pets as there wasn't a good way to communicate what we would allow. Horses are negotiable. There would be boarding fees for horses.

It has 3 BR + 1 full bath and a spectacular view of the setting sun and starlite nights. Bunnies, owls, our chickens, not so wild feral kitties, 19 species of birds and deer add country charm. If you work construction and need a place for a trailer or equipment, there is ample space. This would be a child's paradise as you can explore all 40 acres. If you are in the military, we are located directly between Fort Carson (35 miles) and Buckley AFB (33 miles). We are also 28 miles to Peterson AFB. Elbert School and the Historic town of Elbert are only 15 minutes away with charter schools within 15 minutes. Lincoln Mountain Open Space and Castlewood Canyon are only minutes away. Our home is on the property as well.
