The upstairs bedroom has a bathroom dedicated to it (with a well lighted makeup table). There is a powder room/half bath off the living room for guest use.
The downstairs area has one large and one small bedroom as well as a den. There is ample closet space.
One couple who lived there used it as a suite: Bed room, dressing room and dedicated bathroom. Enjoy the privacy of the downstairs area if you need to share the house.

The lease has a very explicit pet policy stating that if the dog is a problem in any way, the lease can be terminated with short notice. I like dogs and dog people but sad experience has made me careful. No Wolf Hybrids, German Shepherds, Alaska Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Great Danes, St Bernards, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers (or other breeds of fighting dogs such as: Dogo Argentino, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Tosa
