Lease terms

Construction Notes: Your unit may require some interior and exterior finishing touches and access to the main home may be requested during this final finishing phase. Additionally, please note that there will two units under active construction on the premise during the first few months of your lease (estimate through August 1st). Work on the premise will be limited to daytime hours to minimize disruption, but tenants should expect normal construction activity, contractors on-site, construction delays, and temporary dust. Utilities: All utilities (Water, Trash, Gas, Electric) are shared across the property and will be billed transparently back to tenants using a fair, legally compliant Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) based on square footage and occupancy. Other: First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Up to three pets allowed. No Smoking Allowed.
