Any confirmed sex offender status shall be cause for cancellation of the reservation. We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text. Please note that before your booking begins, we will need to verify your details (name, email, date of birth, and submit a passport/drivers license or government issued ID, along with a real-time selfie image through the Truvi website. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival. We have partnered with Truvi to require a Damage Waiver Policy as a condition to book our property. You will also be asked to purchase a $35 non-refundable damage waiver through Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay. This coverage is valid for stays up to 90 days and the Tenant must re-enroll prior to its 90-day expiration and maintain continuous coverage during their occupancy. Stays of 30 nights or longer require the Tenant(s) to sign a lease, to be provided via email after verification through the Truvi website. This must be completed within 48 hours of the check-in date, or prior to staying 30 nights, or your booking is at risk of cancellation Both the Truvi verification process and purchase of the Damage Waiver Policy must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation is at risk of cancellation. Driveway parking is available for (3) vehicles. Covered parking is available for (1) vehicle. There is one electric vehicle charger outlet available (guests must provide their own EV charger). Please note: Oleander bushes are present in the backyard. Oleander is highly toxic topets if ingested.
