I'm renting out my house in Swansboro, next to Manchester and Woodland Heights. Close to downtown and VCU in a quiet city neighborhood.… It's just blocks away from Crossroads, Forest Hill Park, and The James River. It's a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with upstairs Master and downstairs Master Bedrooms. The Masters have their own private bathrooms and walk in closets. Stainless appliances - new stove, new microwave, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher. Dual zone central air, garbage disposal, wood floors downstairs, and new full size washer and dryer add to the modern conveniences. It's in a quiet city neighborhood, there's a nice front porch, huge back deck, and huge back yard you can pull a car into. There is a tree house and swing set in the backyard as well. The big back yard is fenced in making this a perfect house for a dog. Utilities would need to be set in your name. Typical cost is $80/month for this city, $100/month for Fios internet, $100-200/month for electric. This is new construction that is really well taken care of, looking to get some people in here that will take care of it as I have.
