An entire upper floor to yourself -- a bedroom, study, and en suite bath -- just minutes from Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals,… and the Cleveland Clinic corridor!
I'm a practicing lawyer and my wife is a hospitalist at Rainbow Babies. We also have a beloved mini-Bernedoodle. The three of us are looking to rent the third floor of our house. I say "three of us" because our mini-Bernedoodle will absolutely love you (she loves everyone) -- though ideally the feeling would be mutual. This is a fully renovated, historic home. It has its own secluded staircase right by an accessible side entrance.
The bathroom is the standout of the listing. It's floor-to-ceiling marble with both a tub and a walk-in shower. Honestly, it pains me to forgo access to a soaking tub (and a Toto Washlet smart toilet) -- but it would be all yours!
You would share the kitchen with us. The third floor would be unfurnished: style it however you like!
The ideal tenant for us is a young working professional or a student, just like we used to be. The study is a proper workspace. It is quiet, with natural light, and enough room for a desk setup that can handle long study sessions or late-night charting.
