The home is heated and cooled by two high efficiency heat pumps (supplemented by gas heat for winter comfort). Renter is responsible for all utilities. No neighborhood association fees. Home will be available for rent on June 8, 2026 for qualified renters. The first year's monthly rental rate will be $3,250, less $250 a month for the first six months, assuming lease is signed within the promotional discount window. A non-smoking policy will be enforced. Off-street parking, with cul-de-sac parking for guests. No RV storage on property. The lease will be administered by the homeowner/landlord who intends to reoccupy the home in the future...and thus cares about how the home is maintained while rented. It is likely the home will be available for lease renewal at the end of a one-year lease. Nonetheless, lease renewal is conditional upon the owner's plans and satisfaction with the renter's care of the home.
