Flat rate $50 for W/S/G + $10 for each additional adult. Renter is responsible for electricity. No smoking, small pets up to 20lbs allowed on case-by-case basis. Frist/last/damage required depending on credit/qualifications. Tenant pays electric bill, off street parking included for 1-car, additional parking available.
