Lease terms

This is a non-smoking/vaping/e-cig home Lease term of 12 -18 months preferred. We accept Zillow applications for initial evaluation, however if you are offered the property, you must complete an application. Application fee is $50/per adult applicant and will include a credit and criminal background check. Rent will be paid via electronic means, or direct withdrawal from your bank account on the first business day of the month. Lessees should acquire renters insurance for liability/loss of personal property. Gas, Electric, Water & fiber are a flat rate of $195/month. Security deposit of $1295.00 will due upon offer/agreement to lease, which "takes the property off the market." Lease signing will occur within seven days of security deposit payment, and first month's rent will be due at time of lease signing. Occupancy date will be agreed upon in lease prior to signing.
