Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 and $50 per additional pet. If you need trash removal services, it is available for an extra charge of $75.

Check-in is available via keyless entry code, which will be sent to you before 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Communication hours are between 8 AM - 10 PM. If you are expecting to check-in after 7 PM, please notify us on the day of arrival. We have a strict non-smoking policy, both inside and outside of our home. In the event of a violation, a minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation. Events are not allowed. We kindly ask that you keep the trash can's lids closed at all times. You are welcome to fill up the cans as long as the lid can be closed, but any excess trash will need to be taken with you. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. If any plumbing issues arise from flushing prohibited items, you may be charged for repairs. Guests may be charged for damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture. We require all guests to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in.

Your furry friends are welcome to join you on your stay, however, we kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and bedding as it can be difficult to remove pet hair. TRASH:
We kindly ask that you keep the trash can's lids closed at all times. You are welcome to fill up the cans as long as the lid can be closed, but any excess trash will need to be taken with you. If you need us to take it out for you, we can do so for an extra charge of $75.
GUESTS:
We would like to remind you that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay. We also are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you agree that you are assuming all risks for any harm that may arise during your stay.
Should any damages occur during your stay, such as stained towels, linens, or furniture, you may be charged for repairs or replacements. We also kindly ask that you avoid using towels to remove makeup as it can cause irremovable stains.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. This includes feminine products. If any plumbing issues arise from flushing prohibited items, you may be charged for repairs.
Finally, we kindly ask that you leave the house in a clean and tidy state. This includes:
Placing all trash in the trash cans and removing any bags or boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator.
Make sure all dirty dinnerware is placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
Putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room.
Treating the property with care and respect.
We require all guests to send us a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. This is to ensure the safety and security of our property and all guests staying with us. Please send us a clear photo or scan of your ID via the Airbnb message thread. We will be sending you check-in details and instructions as soon as we receive a copy of your photo ID.
