Communication hours are between 8 AM - 10 PM.
Guests are reminded that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay, nor for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements for damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture. Guests should avoid using towels to remove makeup. Nothing other than toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy state, including placing all trash in the trash cans with lids closed, removing perishables from the refrigerator, placing dirty dinnerware in the dishwasher and turning it on, and putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room.
