Rental Season: mid-June to end of September. This is a waterfront summer cottage rental on East Harbor. Newly remodel bathroom w/ many appliances recently upgrades. Typical rental is $750 per week (Sunday to Saturday) but longer term rental may be available.* Monthly and weekly rentals are available. We also cater to Coast Guard and other service members for season long rental. Renter must bring own linens and toiletries. Dockage is also available for rent $60/week with cottage rental. Maximum 6 people. There is 2 full size beds and 2 standard couches. Couches do not open up. Additional people $20 pp/day (beyond 6). No pets allowed. An optional wheel chair ramp to the porch is available if needed for long term rental. A security deposit of 1 week rent is required. Deposit is refunded after stay is complete and cottage is checked for no damage. Please email or call and leave a message for any inquiries. Thank you. Please note: The cottage is currently available for the following remaining weeks: -8/16 - 8/22 -8/23 - 8/29 -8/30 - 9/5 - 9/6 - 9/12 If the last 4 weeks listed are still available when renting, it can extended 9/15 to make it a monthly rate.

About the building

Nestled in the middle of East Harbor, we are close to the heart of the Lake Erie islands, wineries, state parks, and cedar point.… If you have a boat, we have dockage for rent during your stay that allows easy access to all of these activities along with world renowned prime fishing for walleye, perch, and bass. If you do not have your own boat and wish to fish on the lake, there are also charters nearby. You could also fish off the dock where there is plenty of bass and other fish within the harbor. If you prefer the outdoors, there is plenty of room on our water front property for sun bathing, outdoor games, bird viewing (it's very common to see ducks, geese, swans water birds (egrets, blue herons,..) as well as eagles are known to make their presences. At dawn or dusk, you may also see own of the most beautiful sunsets or sunrises.
