A full bathroom is located on the first level, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. A bonus room offers lounge seating, a Smart TV, shuffleboard, a ping pong table, an arcade game, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, blender, built-in dishwasher, wine chiller, and coffee maker, along with island counter seating.
Driveway parking is available, and guests can park anywhere in the gravel area. An EV charger is provided. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a required pet fee.

Enjoy scenic drives on winding backroads to reach the property. Nearby attractions include Fall Creek Falls State Park (3.3 miles), Rock Island State Park (30 miles), Burgess Falls State Park (34 miles), Foster Falls (61 miles), and Ruby Falls (75 miles). Grocery stores and restaurants in the area are scarce, so it's recommended to stock up before your stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and fees apply. Guests must be 18 or older to book. No parties are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Event fees may apply. No refunds will be issued for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events; travel insurance is recommended. A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, clothing storage, and a hair dryer. Guests are responsible for their own personal toiletries like toothpaste and deodorant. The property can host a maximum of 16+ guests. All amenities are inspected prior to check-in, but their working condition during stays cannot be guaranteed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
