Lease terms

-$1,550 plus $25 a month for lawn/weed maintenance -$1,550 deposit -$48 (non-refundable) screening fee through TransUnion SmartMove which checks Credit Report, Criminal Background, Evictions, Income insights, and Identity Check -Rent is paid direct deposit with STCU on the 1st of every month. -Renter is responsible for Water/Sewer/Garbage (approx. $90), Electricity (approx. $77-$150), Cable, Internet -Renter's Insurance required (usually very reasonable cost) -1 to 2 year lease (home will likely be available very long term, if desired) -1 parking space in an attached heated garage, (owner has access to parking and other storage areas in garage.) -Garage Heater will need to be approximately 50 degrees F during the freezing months since the owners store their boat in the garage in the cold months. -Additional parking space outside garage included -No Pets -No Smoking of any kind -2 person maximum occupancy -Guests (2) may stay no longer than 5 days per month, and pets cannot be accommodated -Water Feature will need (owner provided) tablets put into the water feature pond every 3 days. -Really great landlords live in the community and have all their RVs in the Shelter next to home, and will have access to the garage.
