Instruction manuals are provided for everything. There is fully filtered drinking water at the sink that is also connected to the ice maker. This is a top floor unit of 2 levels with stunning sunset, over the ocean views from the expansive 6' x 30' deck, accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom and an additional 10x10 foot covered porch at the entrance with storage, seating, barbecue and sunrise views. Light filtering roller blinds in the living room and kitchen and black out drapes in the primary bedroom. Very comfortable sofa and loveseat to relax on and there is a fold away fan and crystal light fixture in the dining area and dimmer switches for all the recessed lighting in every room. There are also separate lamps in the living area and both bedrooms. The flooring is all durable laminate with cushioned area rugs in each space. Lots of storage and your own energy efficient washer and dryer in unit too. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with luxury mattress and storage drawers underneath and a 6' square walk in closet in addition to floor to ceiling 4' x 2' built in closets. There is also a large storage closet on the front porch. A pet is negotiable. A desk and office area is provided in the second bedroom and in the living area. The dining table has an extension to accommodate the six chairs available. There is one covered and one assigned parking space and an abundance of additional open parking on the adjacent road. I have provided high speed internet via Comcast and there are 3 Roku Smart Tcl TVs in the living area, primary and 2nd bedroom. A convenient gas fireplace with gorgeous granite floor to ceiling surround and battery operated candles which creates a cosy and romantic ambiance at the end of your day.
The complex is very peaceful and there are hiking trails from the property and access to Veteran's Park below.
