It offers easy access to State Beach and the surrounding towns, making it the perfect home base for your island adventure.
This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $300 for deep cleaning. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and early check-in requests are subject to availability with a fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Check-out time is before 11 AM; unauthorized late check-outs will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or outdoor spaces, with a smoking fine of $300 if evidence of smoking is found. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, and noise complaints that summon the police may result in eviction without a refund. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. A small set of stairs is required to enter the house. A pre-check-in form will be required prior to check-in, and house rules must be acknowledged upon booking. Landscaping services are scheduled weekly and will only access the lawn or outside area of the property. An extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Any damages or loss to the property will be deducted from your security deposit. Mail deliveries or packages are not allowed during your stay.
