Feel at home in this stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house, offering a comfortable and creative retreat in Akron. This beautifully updated home is designed for gathering and relaxation. The main level features an inviting front porch, a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and an electric fireplace, and a game room with a pool table and a wet bar. The fully renovated kitchen boasts island seating, modern appliances, and cookware essentials, complemented by an elegant dining room with seating for 8. The wet bar room includes a gourmet coffee bar, cocktail-making essentials, a sink, and a wine fridge. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features full-over-full bunk beds with a slide and a Smart TV. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer is also available. The whimsical attic suite is a woodland hideaway with two king beds, a sitting area with a TV, board games, and twinkle lights. Enjoy the hot tub under the awning for year-round relaxation and a firepit area with a propane fire feature. There is also a unique retro-style outdoor bar built to look like the front of a van, and an outdoor seating area for drinks and conversation. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. This Akron retreat is conveniently located minutes from downtown, offering easy access to restaurants and local attractions, making it the ultimate spot to unwind and make memories. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, with zero exceptions. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and receipts will be reimbursed. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, respecting neighbors with low noise, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself (only the jets). The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval, as overuse or misuse may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. Guests have access to the entire home aside from a locked storage area in the basement. The basement gaming zone includes an Xbox Series S (log in with your own account). Multiple Smart TVs are available throughout the home, along with family games and cozy seating areas for downtime.
