We want to ensure that your rental experience is smooth and hassle-free. Here are the key lease terms for our charming one-bedroom condo: The lease term is for 6 months or month-to-month. A security deposit of one month's rent is required at the time of signing the lease. This deposit is refundable, subject to the condition of the property upon move-out and adherence to the lease terms. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for their own utilities, including electricity, gas, and internet. The condo is equipped with energy-efficient appliances to help keep utility costs manageable. Water included. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep and minor maintenance of the condo. For major repairs or issues, please contact the property manager. Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or in common areas. Parking: The condo includes one dedicated parking space. Additional street parking is available for guests. Move-In/Move-Out: Move-in and move-out inspections will be conducted to document the condition of the property. Tenants are expected to return the property in the same condition as it was at move-in, barring normal wear and tear.
