Master bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom on the first floor, as well as two fully furnished offices and another full bathroom (with tub).
The ground floor consists of an open living room/dining room/kitchen with electric fireplace, and a half-bath. As the house is brand new construction, all appliances are high-end & new. The main floor is home to our beloved 6.4 Petrof grand piano.
The lower floor has a good size bedroom (queen bed), large full bathroom and a large family/media room, featuring an 85" new TV. Laundry room with new washer and dryer, and storage spaces.
Off street parking for 2 cars in tandem (as well as guest pass for the street).

Fresh Pond is minutes away for jogging/strolling.
Great and very diverse neighborhood, and great, welcoming neighbors.
Because of the distance to Cambridge center, restaurants, shopping, as well as Alewife station, one can easily manage without a car.
