Lease Term * Fixed term: 12 months * Converts to month-to-month only if both landlord and tenant agree in writing. Grounds for Lease Violation * Non-payment of rent. * Illegal activity. * Excessive disturbances. * Unauthorized occupants. * Unauthorized pets. * Property damage. Move-Out * Return all keys. * Remove all personal belongings. * Leave the unit broom-clean. * Forwarding address required for security deposit return.
