Main bedroom has memory foam queen-size bed, dresser, closet, view of mountains, second bedroom has two single beds (can be converted to office space). New leather furniture.
Full kitchen with cookware and utensils, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, cookware.
Living room has TV, coffee table, desk with ergonomic chair, plush chair and leather couch. Dining table with 4 seats. Fireplace.
Ideal for two to four persons. Feels like home, with new paint, all new carpet and flooring, and a patio leading to a gazebo with view of the mountains.
Swim, paddle board, and relax at Lake Powell, just a few miles away. Many hiking trails and slot canyons nearby.
Step outside to enjoy a view of the Grand Escalante mountains, and relax or eat at the gazebo area, which lights up at night. (Gazebo is a common area, shared with other guests at this property). Walk to the nearby park for a running track or exercise equipment and a grassy lawn for dogs.
There is public swimming pool and hot tub access ($5) down the street at the Gateway Resort.
Main bedroom has medium-soft queen bed. Second bedroom has two single beds. These can be removed from the second bedroom to make this room an office or storage space. Private laundry room. One and a half bathrooms.

Manager lives on-site, in a separate unit of the building. Must climb stairs -- no elevator. Parking off-street by your front door, included. Exterior video cameras provide protection in an already safe, small town.

If this is already rented, we have very similar, fully furnished rental units available. If you have pets, please inquire, as we are open to one or two dogs for an additional $25/month per pet. This added fee helps us cover costs of carpet cleaning, and we have a different rental assigned for pet owners (regularly cleaned carpet).
