NOTE: This is rental #2 at 25 E Lexington. Please ring the bell at the manager door for a tour. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: your trash, water, Wi-Fi, electric*, ROKU TV, sewer bills are all covered. See details on electric fee, which isn't unlimited. The rate shown is intended for annual renters. For mid-term and monthly leases, we will give you a different rate. Please inquire. The central A/C is not needed in winter, and disabled during the months of November to March. This is because the system uses a water line that would freeze and break, if we don't disconnect it. There are fans and a portable cooler in the unit, during winter season. The heating is electric and in each room (there is also a wood-burning fireplace). There are no gas appliances. Rentals are already furnished, clean, and move-in ready. Your carpet has been steam cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We are able to accommodate one or two furniture items of your own (sofa, bed), but because of storage limits, we cannot unfurnish the entire rental. PETS? Please ask about our other rental that allows for 1 or 2 dogs. PLEASE INQUIRE if anything is unclear in these terms or the detailed lease agreement. PLEASE NOTE: Breaking a mid-term or long-term lease will result in complete loss of security deposit.
