Looking for a year long lease ideally, but willing to negotiate a month to month lease as well. All Utilities included! The house is located on Shelburne bay, with private beach access! About 2.5 miles from downtown Burlington. The bedroom is good sized and has a large window looking onto the backyard and lake facing west where you have a view of sunsets over the lake! There is a queen size bed pictured but the room will be unfurnished. -month to month lease -$1,400 a month including all utilities -no pets -no smoking -on site laundry -off street parking Included with the room is shared living space with three young professionals. The shared space includes a large dining room, kitchen, family room and other additional spaces. I am looking for a young professional or student to live in the room.
