The community has a 30-day minimum lease term, and processing can take up to 30 days. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. There is common, card-operated laundry at this complex; there is no change machine on site. This booking is contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are additional fees not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item.
