This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The community has a 30-day minimum number of days per lease. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of the trusted partner will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include a background check and a copy of your driver's license.
