Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $2,200 Move-In Requirements: First month's rent and last month's rent must be paid in full at the time of lease signing. A security deposit is also required before occupancy. Utilities: Landlord pays for water only. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including oil, gas, electricity, cable, internet, and any other services. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment at any time. Pets: One dog may be permitted with landlord approval. Additional pets or larger breeds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to landlord approval. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and notifying the landlord promptly of any maintenance issues. Occupancy: Only approved tenants listed on the lease may reside in the apartment unless otherwise authorized by the landlord. Parking: Private parking is available for tenants. Storage: Basement storage space is available as designated by the landlord.
